How would Warranty Work? Better to buy local stock when Discounted

    • +3

Get a 4K local stock for a couple of hundred more on sale

      • +1

Couple hundred more for peice of mine.

        • +1

          Per hour?

        • @Scab:
          That an expensive rate

          @tuzii:

          I'd pay that for you.

          XOXOXOXOXOXO

With the regularity of warranty issues of tv's, relatively new tech, cost of return and such a long delivery distance, this seems like a risky deal.

HDR 10 / Dolby Vision / HLG: No no no ??

    • +5

      This isn’t a UHD TV.

  • +1

I'd want to verify it can be set up with Australia as a region. Then I still wouldn't buy it.

    • +1

Almost all newer TV's run 110-240 volts. Can run Free To Air TV and Foxtel as it has DVB-C,S & T. Which is what Australians use for cable, satellite and terrestrial outputs. Even says it comes with an Australian adaptor. Biggest no is its only 1080p resolution!

      • +2

Even with the right dvb, if it doesn't have Australia as a pre designated region, i fear you'll have to search for everything, every time. Put it down to a previous ozbargain whim of mine.

        • +2

That will be only if the TV is NTSC not PAL. Otherwise there's no issue. Who are we kidding…. No one is gona buy this anyway lol

No HDR 10, no 4K and no warranty?

    Are you mad?

    • +2

Also coming from a company with shocking reviews after their initial bang into the market.

      • -1

I don't where you are cherry picking that information from, but the majority of reviews for the LG B/C series are favourable. This set, however, is not worth the price tag.

        • +4

I mean shopmonk not LG lol

        • +1

@doweyy: Ahhh. Sorry, I completely understand then.

  • +2

    Nah not a good deal
    No warranty
Only couple hundred more for Aussie stock
    Why post this?

  • +1

This isn't a deal at all. It's 1080p, has no HDR and is a Grey import. The B7 AU model (Which is far superior) has been around this price, I don't know why you would bother posting this tbh.
