  the hotel is alright, but keep in mind of the bats. When i stayed there my room was in the middle and i couldn't really hear the bats, but the smell of the bat guano is quite strong around that block

  I just did a price check for 7 nights mid June and came back as $1370. The cheaper price seems Tuesday- Tuesday.

  Do not leave your car out there under the trees as we did they …t all over it poor city bats.

  I am tempted by this great price, but would just like to let others know that there is a building site with cranes etc next door to this hotel. This may or may not influence people’s decision to book.
