Checked there Facebook and they seem legit.

  You should be raising a dispute with Paypal or with your bank asap.

Wanted to add my experience. Ordered a switch on the 27th Feb. Hadnt heard from them at all. Raised a paypal dispute recently and they provided a tracking number to paypal as 'evidence' - but the tracking showed the wrong destination. Paypal decided in their favour - but managed to appeal the decision and finally got a refund. Nightmare!
