We identified 3 issues,
There was too much choice in the mattress industry.
There was significant discounting and pricing artificially higher than should be.
There appeared to be no support or back-up for spurious claims made by many of our competitors.
Many of our competitors regularly offer a $200 or $250 off their own product. You have to question how good their product really is when they can afford to offer substantial discounts like that. We firmly believe in a fair price for a fair mattress.

looks cheap & nasty…for a relatively expensive mattress in a box
CHOICE recently completed their first mattress review in over two decades! I'd highly recommend dropping $24 on a 3 month membership if you're in the market for a mattress, they cover shop mattresses the bed in a box market and it has a stack of member reviews.
Do I work for CHOICE - nah just a Bargain hunter who believes in their work and the mattress market is about as dodgy as it gets.
Mattress business must be booming if you're selling 1000+ each month…what makes this different from the rest (Koala, Ecosa, Onebed etc)
