  • I bought four recharge vouchers. Only the first one was applied successfully. Now I am getting "Recharge attempt limit reached." message when trying to recharge.

  • Tried to activate my sim today from the last deal - Lebara address search finds only one house on my street which has been here for 30 years, so I can't proceed.

    Tried their online chat, and the rep helper says hello and then doesn't reply to my messages for 8 minutes…

    Not instilling me with any confidence at all.

    • edit - finally after ten minutes, she types to phone 126 122. Why couldn't she have told me that at the beginning, or even said "I will go check, be away for a few minutes" instead of just silence for ten minutes? Not great customer service.

      • Sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Please feel free to private message and I can have a look for you. Address on our website our linked to Google. So after you add your address and post code it brings up the address menu from which you have to select your address so it will take you further. It takes a few seconds to bring up the info.
