    ahhhh im not shure about this book. i dont know, maybe later…. ow god, what would people think of me if i bought it?! i dont actually need the help. just people talk your know, and i know its always about me… i cant let them win by getting it and i dont want the people who send it to know i have it, what if they know me…. i think ill pass on the book to many cons. no pros.

      its showing $0 Kindle edition in AU .. . pls check your address on amazon may be.. Last time someone had US address so it wasn't showing but it worked after changing the address.

    Reading is fine, but it won't cure social anxiety, you need to take action.
    Exposure Therapy is the only answer.
