We came across this post and wanted to touch base with you.
We're sorry to hear that you had a poor experience with the support team. We can say that the longest ever average response time has only been a few days. It seems that you must have slipped through the net somehow so we apologise for this.
We had some problems with the support application last year which was supplied by Tenderapp and as a result have made a move to Zendesk which is used extensively throughout the online world. As a result we have noticed a far more effective response time.
Once again we apologise for the frustration caused and hope to make it up to you on your next deal.

they have resorted to selling the usual online bonus deals. but i did there last one and signed up for bigpond movies but never got my $10 spreets credit so beware, dont buy this for the credit because your not likely to receive it and their customer service are ridiculous, they dont like answering your emails. took me 2 months to get refunded for 1 voucher.
