    Thanks OP. The website spat out an error "The store has encountered a problem processing the last request. Try again later. If the problem persists, contact your site administrator." So I called customer service who confirmed order is all good and the error was common!!

      DJ cant beat Myer yet, every item(s) you add in cart works perfect until check out, everything not in stock, even if you can place order waited 2 days got most of the items cancelled and wait another day for refund finally until you contact them the 'Back ordered' item will never get process. Now I got 3 refund Myer gift cards for 5 items I order.

    These 2 mobs DJ and Myer are so well behind their time, never picked up their game. Website is so bad, can't even get live stock right.
    If they go down, it's not a surprise. Just feel bad for all the frontline staff they employ.

      I agree. The websites on both brands are appalling.

      I assume they have offshored some of the IT - if they did, I have no sympathy for them. Unfortunately the managers who make the decisions are usually the ones that end up ok while the frontline staff who have no say in decision making suffer.
