Absolute smashing price for this great game in the GOTY version. I believe this is all-time lowest price for the GOTY version.
If you do not already have this game, get it as it is worth it alone to experience the Nemesis system. Also it will keep you busy until the successor game has dropped in price to below $10AUD.

  Can somebody familiar with Steam tell me, can I buy this now and redeem/activate it any time in future? And do I need to pay any fees for a Steam account?

  In the middle of home office reno and won't have PC set up for a few days.
