      Correct me if I'm wrong but that $650 price was from June as an end of financial year sale. So either you wait till end of this year or EOFYS next year for this price again. It's gonna be hard to come by.

        Thats incorrect, I bought a few u2711's two weeks ago so I'm speaking from first hand experience, I paid $648.78 each. Dell are very quick with delivery too, I got mine in 5 business days.

        Not sure why all the negs when I was trying to save people some money…

        You don't need a code, just ring or email a dell sales rep. That's what I did.

    +1 for anyone wanting one befor christmas the ease of driving in and picking one up anytime is awesome. :)hate waiting 2-3 weeks for dell orders.

    PS: dells online price is $849 so im not sure where the OP got $1,040 from dell.com.au :)

    Oh and if i didnt already have a 1920x1200 28" Viewsonic i would be all over this deal, if i change monitors it will be a 30" at least

      Well I'll be damn'd I guess I just didn't dig deep enough.
      My positive for this deal has now been revoked. But still decent if you want instant pick up.

      Don't forget the 7% cashback from moneybackco if you buy form dell making it about $670 effectively

    Note this is a 16:9 screen unlike the 24 and 30 inch ultra sharps. 16:9 is fine if watching movies is what you do the most but for everything else you're actually getting less screen space than 16:10 at the same advertised size.
