      Nice find. This proves it’s fake. They don’t sell these anymore and when they did they were $700. People you also won’t be getting vouchers since this isn’t sold from amazon. Just going to be a pain in ass going through the refund process

        I would to be honest. You're not likely to get a cancel + credit if they're fake, and Amazon are harder to deal with than ebay.

        That being said, beats sound like shit, the fakes are probably better lol

      it's too much hassle to chase around if we got screwed.
      The problem I had was that the return policy wasn't clear. Amazon AU return policy states that "… Whilst sellers are expected to offer a returns policy equivalent to Amazon AU's, seller returns policies may vary. To learn more about a seller's returns policy, when you're on a page listing different sellers who are offering a particular item for sale, you can click on a seller's name to be taken to a Seller Profile Page about that seller. "

      When I go back to the seller profile it states: "Please refer to the Amazon.com.au Return Policy or contact Sports 2018 to get information about any additional policies that may apply."

      Since I am not sure what the additional policies would be and I don't bother to contact the seller and the fact the seller changed its store name (from Sports 2018 to Original Sports 2018), I am not confident to continue.

        The funny part is the store name change. Seller is afraid people thinking their items are fake so they put ORIGINAL in their store name. So fishy.

    Honestly I'm not too worried if these were indeed fake, provided I could identify it as such. Lots of people bought these and I feel I could trust Amazon's return policy.

    One concern if the fakes has no different whatsoever with the real deal, so no way to know (any surefire way to know?). They probably could scan through all the fake vs real comparison reviews and produce better and better fakes, although one relief is that this version (Studio3) is relatively new, so hopefully no fakes yet

    @all , Just make sure you guys verify the serial number of the headphone as soon as you recieve it, proving its a fake headphone would be quite easy, its just the wait for the refund that annoys me, finger crossed hope it is a genuine one :)

    Shipped! Something tells me they will be genuine. It would be really dumb for the seller to sell hundreds of these fake ones only to be charged back for them. Even fakes cost money!

      What worries me the most is what if we cannot tell if it is counterfeit?

      I know many merchants in China use apple chip from used beats and cheap material to build a new beats at lower price.

      If that is the case, it could be very hard for us to identify, as not everyone has the resource to crack up the earphone and check each piece of materials

    Looks like they posted it as soon as we placed the order via EMS (post office express service). Now it shows that it is in Melbourne AusPost sorting facility! Check it out on AusPost tracking page with your tracking number !

    Shipped! but something wrong with the tracking, i ordered in mar 11 about 10am and tracking shows china post received order on mar 10 and shipped on mar 11 1:06am.

    Seller changed the store name 3 times. That's what bothers me most. I was trying to think that seller is trying to make some reputation by honoring this price error but changing store name 3 times is just sad lol

      doesn't really matter how sh*itty the seller is, amazon got very good Anti-Counterfeiting Policy, they will replace the fake one with a real one from other seller.
      in deep we all know that this seller won't actually send u a real one with this kind of price, and i was hoping amazon could cancel the order and give me a giftcard, or replace the fake one with a real one.

    Ordered SE535ltd early 11/3 AM, got a shipping notification email just now coming from China post unfortunately. "Finally, beware if the Internet auction site dealer is in a different country than you. History has proven that many counterfeit Shure products are being sold from one country into another."

    Highly likely to be fakes considering how often Shures are counterfeited.
