Ridiculously cheap, I work at a competitor and have never seen a price this low for this fridge.

Amazing Fridge, very premium look and feel. Japanese Made with a 5 year warranty + a 10 year compressor warranty. Absolutely huge capacity for the size of the unit. I love selling this thing. Normally above $3000 at least.

We've got the 743L version of this fridge and can't fault it. Dunno if it's the drawers or what, but there's something about it that seems to fit more stuff in we expect it to.

The only fault I have with it (if you can call it one), is the glass front door. Fingerprints aren't obvious but they can be seen if you look closely and you can't stick the kids magnetic toys on it to keep them entertained while you're cooking

    • We also have the 743L version - best fridge we have ever owned by a long way.
Ours is white and I really like the glass front door.

    • It's honestly such a space efficient fridge it's insane! Indeed the non-magnetic part is a shame but at least it's a good looker.

    • How is your vegie compartment?
Mine feels a bit too cold. And banana's skin turns brown eventually. And carrots and cucumbers are drying out.

To be honest, I couldn't tell you…I let my wife handle the vegies! I tend to just put things I want cold into the fridge… I'm a simple man, without salad.

      • We have the 743l version as well and you can individually adjust the temp of each compartment. Read the manual and increase the temp of your veggie drawer.

        • Did that. Default mode is too cold.
I am trying to understand which out of two modes "L" or ".." is warmer using multimeter temperature prob.

I wish Mitsubishi cars looked as good as their fridges…

I’ve got the 743l too and love it. I have the white and use the glass front as a white board, you can use a whiteboard marker on the front to write your shopping list or use by dates on things that need to be used soon!

The reason it’ll be so cheap is because the 627l is now a finished model, so they’ll be clearing it out. Mitsubishi did some really good deals for suppliers to clear them out. Also the dark mahogany isn’t a big seller!

  • Was drooling for this model when I was shopping for a new fridge last year. This is a really good price for a Made in Japan and 5yrs warranty.

  • That's darn good buying at that price. Paid $2600 for the 563L model a couple of years ago. Amazing fridge; great price…

  • Damn, $2500 + $400 postage for a fridge?! And I thought my $300 fridge was expensive….

  • Very good price. I have the 525. Excellent. Might even be worth the $425 delivery to me.

  • Was gunning for this when we were looking for a fridge about 2 years ago - great reviews everywhere. Wife wanted a sub-zero instead because it looked better! :)

  • I'd buy this if it had a plumbed water connection and an ice & water dispenser in the door.
The fill up container is too cumbersome (for me)

    • +3

There are sooooo many issues associated with plumbed units. Believe me you hear this all the time working at an appliance store. Lines freezing, not enough pressure etc. It's more hassle to call someone in to fix the fridge other than filling up the container.

Cleaning is also a pain in the butt.

Just a heads up, this is now $1699 for today only! $800 cheaper within 2 weeks!

    • I can't edit this anymore, must be a limited time to edit it or something feel free to post it again because that's an even bigger bargain!

    • When I tired to order (on the 30th) it was back to $1999. What was the sale, because I couldn’t get it? Was it on eBay or on the Bing Lee website?
