Bargains could also be measured in time necessary to secure. If you earn $30 per hour and your ice cream cost 30mins of queuing, it's still a $15 ice cream.

which in turn means: line up 1.5 times
I did it a couple of years back, lined up to get a scoop, then after I got it went to the back of the line to queue again. By the time I finished my scoop, I was almost back to the front again :D

Joondalup queue is going pretty quick, we got off the bus at about 12:03ish, had finished 2 scoops (between toddler and I) by 12:17.
