Stingrays, Blue Throat Wrasse, Spiky Globe Fish, Horseshoe Leatherjackets are just some of the species you can encounter. With a bit of luck you may even find a Leafy Sea Dragon – shy, but worth looking patiently for.

Kayaking

An understanding of the marine environment and connection with the sea is quickly developed in flat water kayaking. Starting from a sheltered beach, students learn to pilot a two person craft, and then set out on a gently challenging expedition.

Depending on the conditions and the confidence of the group, the expedition can explore the granite quarry of Woolamai, explore Rhyll inlet or circumnavigate Churchill Island.

Bike Riding

An island without traffic lights, with miles of dedicated pathways winding through natural bushland and iconic wildlife and flora, there is nowhere better to ride a bike than on Phillip Island.
