    They are not as hard as a rock LOL, i will say it gives you a similar feeling as sitting on an office chair with foam cushion.

  Hi REP.

  Bought two of these, assembled one yesterday. The timber is really badly finished, rough and scratchy it requires a sand back and re-coat..haven't bothered opening the second one…suggestions?

    It sounds like a factory defect, take a picture of the timber that you are not happy with and send it to [email protected], we will send you the replacement, and we will check them carefully before sending them out.
