In KL there is table service at all bars, pubs and clubs. So there is never any waiting in lines, or anything barbaric like that.

after ordering the first drink and finding that something standard in aus is around the $8-10 mark, you find yourself never ordering a drink in a bar for another year. Price is beating convenience article.
Fyi last question should not be mandatory
You've got an asterix at the end of most of the questions but no indication of what it means. There is nothing down the bottom with more information on the question. Sometimes this is used in surveys to denote whether a question is compulsory or not compulsory. I think some of the questions should have been optional. In the "how often" question you need more options. Some people don't order from a bar each month.
