      Anyway, the product looks alright to me. Keep in mind its rather large dimensions, which is understandable at that capacity.

    Are you asking what the legalese means or specifically in the context of this product ?

    My own opinion is that people very often cut and paste legal terms with little clear understanding of the meaning or the applicability and in this instance you'd have to look at each term

    • warranty of title
      

      • this could be stolen property and they don't guarantee it isn't (or that they have the right to sell it to you)

    • merchantability
      

      • that this is sold without faults and might be in an 'as is' condition

    • non-infringement
      

      • this means the device could be infringing on someone elses intellectual property, copyright, trademark and so on.

    Basically, this seems silly to put in as to my reading, if you want to take the negative view, you could imagine: stolen goods, which are faulty, based on stolen technology or branding and won't do the actual job they are advertised to do. This is completely the opposite of what you want people to think about your product and probably not actually the case..
