    What do you mean game sharing with a friend?

      By game sharing I mean:

      1. You find a friend you want to share game collections or split purchases with.
      2. You make a profile on their PS4 and make their PS4 your primary one through account settings and vice versa.
      3. You both download and install the game through the account that made the purchase.
      4. Profit.

      Even though the game was only purchased once, two separate accounts can launch the game at the same time and you can both play online in your own instance of the game so one license becomes two.

      P.S. this works best if one or both of you have PS plus since having it allows all other accounts on that PS4 to use online multiplayer functionality.

          Since the start of PSN Online Store? Not entirely sure. But back then in the PS3 era, 4 accounts can share a game if I remember correctly. Sony then reduced the number to 2 accounts on PS4 but it is always technically legit. Furthermore, you can even share PS+ membership, meaning only one account is required to be PS+ member for both of you to play the same game (or different games) online simultaneously, which is a bit crazy.

          Or you can get PS+ membership from 2 regions to buy discounted games from 2 PSN Stores and enjoy 2 monthly free game lineups (but nowadays all PSN stores tend to have same free games, except for JP or HK maybe), eg. Account A is set up in AU Store and Account B is set up in HK Store.

          Yeah, pretty crazy right? When I scroll through the PlayStation store I see an eternal 50% off sale since my friend and I split all of our PSN purchases lol.

    Anyone looking from some nostalgia should checkout Brutal Doom, it's a mod for the original 2 games and it's amazin'.

    I had fun with this, but I got bored before finishing it - just got a bit too repetitive for me.

    I much preferred the Wolfenstein reboot (which is also on sale on PSN for about $10, I think). I think I just found the alternate history setting more interesting, so it kept my attention for longer than Doom.
