  Good old "up to" = 2 words which render these sales a total 'meh'.

  agreed.. but some stores, eg ck only had up to 50% off before, this one is up to 60%. In other words, this could be beneficial to some people, like me =)

  UP TO … these words should be banned from sales…
  Usually its on an item no one wants and usually they have stock of 2!

    I totally agree.. that and how they have 70% OFF in massive text so you walk over to the store and realize it has a TINY "up to" above it.

  yes i saw that yesterday at melbourne central..
  god that pisses me off..

  Last time i saw something as shifty as that was in greece years ago.
  As you driving on the highway you see a sign with large writing 600 drachmas( yes i know ) for bananas..as you come closer those zeros became 9's…

  lets hope we are not going down this track!
