Many have received their Kazoo's now, and many have reported that they don't work.
I had the same issue, but thanks to Google the issue has been solved.

Don't blow into your Kazoo, hum into it!

And whatever you do don't throw away the bit of plastic in the 'cone'(?) bit, it needs that to work!

    wonder if this comes with the diaphragm. In the pics looks like just the metal tube with the screw on for the membrane. Might have to buy the membrane separately
