    If you order any of this from EB….be prepared for oh noes! we can't find the item, here's a gift card refund OR the game is shipped in a case that doesn't even match with no slipcase or instruction manual. Disc may also be scratched beyond recognition.

      I agree that missing items can be an issue with sales that are scraping the bottom of their preowned barrels, but they accept returns on preowned products for any reason within 30 days, just take it to one of their stores and they'll sort it out.

        Shouldn't have to if they had something called quality control. Also can anybody tell me why EB charge a refurb fee for trade ins that are missing items and have scratched discs and then proceed to do nothing to actually refurb the game before selling it? Shouldn't it be renamed the "If you sell a game to us we're going to charge you for the privilege fee" or something similar?

    Ordered these PS3 titles for $20 delivered in total, thanks to the STARLIGHT2018 code, which is pretty good value for pre-owned I reckon. Works out well for me as I'm about 5+ yrs behind on games anyway:
