      @Morien: Yeh, understood. It’s actually perfect for me cos i need it sometimes to work with my work lappy and sometimes the doogle. The converter stays in the protective case but kinda agree to the inconvenience you’re mentioning now.

  I know this has already been answered but it uses the standard 3.5mm.
  I think the diff between apple and android in this case is how the remote buttons work, I bought a set but they sent android instead of apple and the earphones worked fine but I couldn't pause or skip music using the remote button thingo.
