You will struggle to get a good Parfum at that price point.
It’s a fairly subjective question, check out https://www.fragrantica.com for reviews.
Maybe order a few samples of ones your interested in and try them first.
I’d prefer to buy a good one rather then several cheap ones, but everybody’s taste is different.
Have a look at chemist warehouse as well.

Just go in and try them out. What might smell good and cheap on one person might smell bad and cheap on your due to body chemistry being different on everyone.
