    I torture my son, not myself. For a budget tablet though, it does its job quite well. He mostly uses it to watch videos and listen to music/audiobooks. And plays the odd game.

    Its fine for VLC, Netflix etc. Takes a microsd card. Perfect to distract a 4yo who only gets the occasional show when out and about and is losing it. I wouldn't want to run interactive stuff on it :) but I'm a speed freak

    Bonus because you can get it to auto shutdown at a set time

      Select to pay fortnightly (direct debit). Fortnightly is slightly cheaper than monthly. Was $5.90 for funeral insurance - the cheapest policy.
      After 4 payments, receive SMS to redeem $100 Visa gift card, or Lenovo Tab, or 8 movies.
      Pretty simple - received SMS today after 4th payment yesterday. Clicked link to redeem, but chose $100 instead of $99RRP TAB!
      Will cancel policy tomorrow - after redeeming.

  I've had nothing but bad experiences with Lenovo. Motherboard Shat itself on this model and a mate of mine had the ten inch version. Just something to be aware of.

  Of course I know this might not happen to everyone. Issue was when battery went flat to 0% it would never be able to charge again.

        I had a nexus 7 2013 up until last year. Ended up getting a samsung 10.5 for 200ish on one of the ebay sales for a gray import. Great device just is too big for me but id suggest getting a samsung tab.

        My phone is a samsung s7 so im used to a decent amount of ram.

  The 16gb is not a bad tablet. It is still pretty good for a light use. Your kid(s) or grandparent will not try to disown you…
