Most people may have already gotten this from this Humble Bundle.

Got this when it was first announced, I enjoyed it during it's early access phases, haven't gotten an opportunity to play the storyline yet.

The Long Dark is a thoughtful, exploration-survival experience that challenges solo players to think for themselves as they explore an expansive frozen wilderness in the aftermath of a geomagnetic disaster. There are no zombies — only you, the cold, and all the threats Mother Nature can muster.

        True, although mine get cheaper. Yours stay at that price. ;-)
        Plus one post was for those people that raised an issue about windows keys being redeemed on Steam and then being able to play on Mac - Wingamestore and Macgamestore are partner stores.

          My comment was merely an observation, not a criticism - no need to react so defensively and aggressively. Any deal that is posted is good in my opinion - people decide for themselves if it is useful for them or not.

          So play nice, and do not be so aggressive. I did not attack you nor was it meant as a criticism.
          I just thought is was funny that both Steam and HB have the exact same price being $8.74 (not 95 or 99 or anything like that at the ending, or one trying to beat the other).

          Honestly, confused by this comment and why I'm being lectured. I never intended it to ever be viewed as "aggressive". You're the one that initiated the cheeky comment, all I did was respectfully respond back with a similarly witty reply to your:

          Sure, no problem - do not really see it as competition as we are all on the same side trying to save money as you said. ;-)
          And when The Long Dark reaches my budget limit and I get to play it I will let you know how I liked it. ;-)
          I suspect it will be a while though given its apparent price stability.

      Glad to hear you enjoy it! When I played it, the UI was just text, apparently now there's sprites for the items.

        So glad I waited till it was this polished. Went straight to story-mode but on lowest diff. still challenging.
