      Prob because I replied in the wrong place. I linked to the poke spot in NYC as inspiration for a local mob. Even though I am 300ks away.

  Worst customer service I've experienced in a while at this fruit and yoghurt shop. I had ordered the fruit with yoghurt and noticed they didn't give me the mango prominent at the front of the display so I naturally asked the girl to add some of the mango. Johnny says that "you don't get to choose the fruit" and I simply said that you need to give the customer what they want. He said "No you do not". So with that attitude I'd warn all against shopping at Johnny's Wold Square.

    Sorry to hear this. I'm not sure when this was as we are out of mango season now, but i have informed the staff to be accomodating to customer requests going forward.

      I was pretty sure it was either the owner or a senior manager stepping in to make sure the nice girl on the front counter did not oblige my request. Would have been last year maybe 6 months ago but there are other shops that sell the same in the area so I havent been back.

        thanks for getting back to me, i think you are referring to the manager who left the store in the second half of last year. I hope our customer service has improved. We have some lovely new season fruits such as figs, fuyu and plums in our fruit salad at the moment and we should have American mangos coming in a few weeks. Hope you can give us another chance one day.
