[PC, Steam] 75% off Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain USD $4.99 (~$6.42 AUD) at Humble Bundle Store

410

I believe this is historically low for full game MGSV:Phantom Pain (not the Ground Zeroes).

  • Awesome OP, I've had this on my watch list for about a year now.

I got this deal a few days ago. Comes with Ground Zeroes and all the DLC.

Activated perfectly on Steam. Just another option if you want everything.

    • Ground zeroes is USD$3.99 If I'm not mistaken at humble bundle store too. What's the difference with definitive other than inclusion of GZ?

      • Nevermind that, I didn't even read your comment properly!

"Comes with Ground Zeroes and all the DLC". There is no mention of the DLCs on Humble Bundle's 'Phanton Menace' page. Can anyone else confirm that they are included?

The Western Tack appeals to me, the equivalent of the Oblivion Horse Armour DLC.

He really wanted to make sure we got that message. As one giant F.U. to Konami.

  • This is going straight to my pile of shame.
I don't know why I keep buying cheap games and never play them, but here I am =)

Feel ya.. backlog be disgustingly large.

I've had it on xbone since 2016 and still play it. Gameplay, bizarre storyline - it's got it all.

Was on my backlog for ages as well, but finally got around to playing it earlier this year. I've never been a huge fan of past MGS games (I previously found them too difficult), but MGS5 was fantastic and has renewed my interest in the series, so I'm now going back to play the old ones (via the Legacy collection on PS3). Would recommend :)

Just a heads up, from humble:

"ATTENTION! We have run out of Steam keys for METAL GEAR SOLID V: THE PHANTOM PAIN, but more are on their way! As soon as we receive more Steam keys, we will add them to your download page. Sorry about the delay!"

EDIT: Despite this, I got my key straight away, appears to have GROUND Zeros too as it's now in my steam account alongside phantom pain

    • Yeah I got through too and had option to install GZ (which I already owned before).

      Same here. Score?

  • Is this supposed to be TPP and GZ or just TPP. I bought this key for a friend and he's activated it and said there's both there. Maybe we got sent the definitive edition?

EDIT: Apparently it's just the one. His mistake.

  • Thanks OP, I also got both TPP + GZ unlocked by the one key. I also echo sentiments about backlogs, too many games, finite time, etc.

With Humble Monthly discount, plus the balance of my wallet that somehow had $2 USD in it, these two games came to $2.68 AUD

  • Looks like you get TPP + GZ. I played GZ when it was free in GamePass, and played a bit of TPP (free for PS Plus some time last year). $6.42 AUD, bought a copy.
