unlike wolli, cole charges your credit card/bank account when they finish the pick in supermarket/warehouse. if they find that is not right, they will refuse the pick order then reply you product out of stock.wolli charge you first then refund you.

Out of stock at Bassendeen. Not many click and collect locations. Tried to continue with other items, so many technical problems… now stick on contact details update page… just keeps reloading to itself. Put in a ticket. Much disappoint.
