  • Do you have a working link to this offer? I can't find it online or is it instore only?

    • No sorry, this just came from the EB World emails they typically send. The image says 'Shop Instore' so I might update post to instore only until proven otherwise.

Perfect, mine expires in a few months.

    • so how long before these expire once you purchase them? i've never purchased one before mine has expired.. lol

  • Yeah no link I got the same email as well I guess ask instore

That's 20% off. It might be better to wait for 25-30% deals if you still have time.

    • It's 25% off.

      • It's actually 20% off (multiple ways to calculate): $79.95/ 12 months = $6.6625 per month. 15 months x $6.6625 = $99.9375. so $79.95 / $99.9375 = 0.8 or 80%. Therefore the saving is 20%. Or a really simple way is 12/15 (months) = 0.8 or 80%. Which is 20% :)

  • could also pair it up with a discounted e gift card from here

    • Not sure you can use a gift card for purchase, they might treat the renewals like gift cards and most places say you can't use a gift card to purchase a gift card. Awesome if you can though.

I’ve had no dramas doing it online with JB in the past - I usually buy PSN credit from JB using discounted e-gift cards.

        • True my bad, just saw the 25% added and assumed it worked out 25% batter haha.

        • Using which discounted e-gift card?

    • Any worth recommending for this purpose? I don't currently have a bank account with NIB or the other one, an RACQ membership and I'm not paying $20 a year to save 7%..

  • you can get 24 months for around $66aud digitally if you use the indonesian psn store

    or just 12 for 33..

    • So do you need to create an Indonesian account? Like using a fake address or something but don't they check your credit card is local not Aussie? I would have thought you need a seperate PSN account and games bought on that account suppose to share with your main. Please clarify?

      • +1

yeah you need an indonesian psn account. Not hard to set up. Use a hotel as the address as nothing is ever sent there.

you'll need to buy psn cards to add credit as you will be unable to add an australian cc to an indonesian account. I use offgamers.

Once any account on the ps4 has ps plus, all other accounts can use it. Likewise for games (including trophies etc). Ensure the ps4 is set to primary on every account you have.

I have australian, canadian, indonesian and US account all on the same ps4 but only use one of the accounts to actually play the games.

        • is the indonesian one have the same free game than the australian one?

        • @busyshopping: not always. this month has mad max and blazblue for instance.

May as well just pirate the games at that point, once you're juggling four different region accounts to save a few bucks.

          @AustriaBargain:
I'm sorry mister affluent. I'm just trying to to help others save a few bucks

        • @jobler:
          And thank you good sir.
          This is ozbargain after all..
I'm sure for some it's worth it..and not for others. It's up to the individual to make the value judgement. Either way, great to have options.

Im not sure about the context in relation to piracy.. but I'm going to assume it was in jest.

  • Hopefully they don’t go bankrupt after this extraordinary discount.

    • Lol ..oh no indeed. There's all the R&D money for the new ps5

  • how long after Buying the Codes do i need to activate within ?

  • Does anyone know if the Days of Play price of 30% off for PS+ from last year is "pretty much guaranteed" for this year?
