Just so you know, these seemed to be plagued by software issues. I loved mine, the wireless audio was great and the mic was decent. battery life wasnt too bad.

However, the mic would often get stuck on mute. lowering the mic turns it on, but it would still have the little red indicator. Sometimes it wouldn't charge, other times the headset was on but the headseat PC program would not recognise it. I ended up returning my headset and purchasing the g4me zero. The change back to wired was hard but i have no regrets

    • I wonder if it works smoother on the consoles? I had the same problem with PC on my other wireless headset when it’s running on PC but it was perfect on PS4

      • I've never really had any issues with mine on Windows 10. I've had them for about a year and half.

        • Logitech's warranty policy is much better than other companies, so you can easily get a replacement if you do end up having an issue.

    • I also had the g933 for a while and recently made the switch to sennheiser game one. The 933 were average at best and I never used the wireless. Spend the extra 30 bucks and get the sennheisers, the mic alone is unreal

Seems to be this price also at a few computer stores.

Pretty standard price for computer stores. On the other hand, there's a lot more JB Hifis to walk into than having to pay for shipping.

And this works on mobile too apparently.

    • Pretty sure you have to use the 3.5mm cable for use on a mobile.

  • Had no problems with mine bought last year. Paid less too. Works with Switch and PS4 in stereo. Reviews indicate best wireless headset for the (retail) price.

I bought this headset in store at JB hi-fi 3 weeks ago for $199. It is possible to get it for $195 at msy but stock is low. Its a really old headset now, over 2 years, but I find it to be fantastic. The surround sound in pubg is amazingly helpful. The main benefit for me is the cup size. I have really large ears and my previous turtle beach headset wasn't large enough to fit around my ears but rather pressed on top of them and caused pain after wearing them for an hour or more. These Logitech ones however fit completely around my ears (just! but still) and press against the bones of my skull. I can wear them indefinitely without experiencing any pain, I love them so much. The freedom of wireless to walk around my house and make coffee etc in between matches while still being able to converse with my friends in teamspeak is great too. All round A+ purchase would buy again for $199.

freedom of wireless to walk around my house and make coffee etc

I'm sure they'll appreciate the sound of you going to the toilet. It's going to happen!

      • Its real easy to mute yourself with this headset, you just flip the mic boom back up into its hidey-hole and it mutes, so no one has to hear me pee!

  • Great headset, had mine 2 years. Only complaint would be that its only stereo on the PS4/Xbox. 7.1 is great on PC though. Just turn off the RGB lights or your battery drains fast.

  • These are great, but know that you need to be on PC to get the 7.1. Otherwise it’s just stereo sound not surround on console

  • I think the Arctis 7 are a better buy on Amazon for $190. $15 postage from the States but they retail for $270+ locally.

  • Only worth $200

  • I love this headset . WHEN IT WORKS!

Unfortunately, I'm about at the end of my tether with it. Constantly asks form an update it already has the latest (and then doesn't take no for an answer! This means you have to update ).

USB connection is buggy. Often needs to be reset, or worse .. sometimes it needs a full reboot and that doesn't always work either. From what i gather… Most issues are with Windows 10 64 bit machines.

  • Has anyone used the SteelSeries Arctis 7 and how do they compare to these on PS4?
