  Yes, I have a couple of times. I believe the maximum they'll go is 10% off, but both times I've done it the sales person at the Apple Store just verified the discount by looking it up online.

    I’ve had some bad experience with price matching at Apple store. The staff refused to price match for $2 difference. Every $ counts. Guess it depends on their mood.

  Not for 10% off. The small print says it excludes "Apple built to order". See the image from their web site here.
