      • this is what i am worried abt

        • +1

Just want to share my experience

Mine came up as Safeway for BWS and Woolworths for Woolworths on my CC.

Also, BWS was attached to Woolworths.

        • +2

Well complete your other purchases at Woolworths and Caltex Woolworths first (make sure you see the Woolies logo at the Caltex) and check your account.

Regular and bonus 3000 points should pretty much show up immediately. If it doesn't work, you might need to find another BWS…

  • Well this targeting is upsetting.

  • And part 2 of my little adventure is all done: https://i.imgur.com/OcT58tD.png

The 3000 points was credited before I got home.

Servos have the worst drink prices ($5 for most ~600mL bottles - I never normally do it, but I ended up with a $1 600mL water cause I was already overloaded with sugar from breakfast but still wanted something to drink. BWS at least had larger soft drink bottles for reasonable prices.

So overall, expenditure for me (excluding Woolies supermarket which is my usual for groceries anyway) came to a total of $4.99 plus some skateboard exercise as well as lunch while I was out.

"Profit" was therefore $10 along with being able to get out of the house. :)

  • i spent $1.50 at BWS ,$20 at woolies servo and $20 at woolies supermarket all in the 1 day after activating the deal online and scanning my rewards card at all 3 and still 3 days later nothing added to my rewards card so Rewards go get #$@#$. I might sue them.

    • +3

I just did my three today.
$20 fuel, $4 at BWS, and last was $8 at woolies.
Points credited immediately after the woolies check-out.

      • +1 same experience points credited almost immediately

    • Are you certain that you clicked the Activate link in your targeted email? And you're using the right card? Do the purchases show up like they do with others?

      • activated and if i click activate it says deal is already activated its the correct card i only have 1 and on the 8th of may all 3 purchases are listed at all 3 locations but still no 3000 points dam rip off.

        • Did you link your Rewards card to BWS? You need to do it manually I think.

    • +1 same experience points credited almost immediately

  • I got both the 3000 pts for 3 stores off and 6000 pts for spending $50 for 4 weeks. Does one $50+ shop count for both?

Does buying gift cards count for these deals? Eg, the catch and iconic gc that are currently 20% off.

I brought exactly $10 of good using WW points, but had to do a refund. Expected the points would go back onto the card as per the method of payment, but instead got a cash refund and in effective cashed out my points. Not sure if this rule or exception, but nice surprise.

    • Good to know. Possible hack for those who rarely shop at Woolworths, Big W etc.

  • anyone know how to contact these rewards (profanity) by email.

    • I've had responses before on the following email, however they sometimes take a few weeks to respond.

      [email protected]

I've also used live chat with them. It's frustrating but sometimes it works.

    • No point contacting them until 25th. I called asking about bonus points and they said we have to wait until 25th as that is what the t&c say. If we dont get them by 25th, call them back.

      • Maybe it makes sense to contact them. I did all 3 transactions in the first day of the offer, but haven't got those 3000 points. When looking into rewards site I can see only 2 transactions - from WW and BWS, the third from Caltex doesn't show up. I've contacted the reward support team over chat. They confirmed that the Caltex station that I have used is eligible for the offer, but advised that they can't find the transaction in their system. What is interesting is that they confirmed they can see that I've used fuel discount voucher that day. They asked for my receipt, but I wasn't smart enough to keep it. I proposed to use my credit card statement, but they refused as they claim that they need some information that is present on the receipt. Eventually they advised that they will investigate the case but no ETA has been provided.
What fellow Ozbargainers would recommend - wait for the investigation results or just make another transaction at a different Caltex?

        • I got my bonus points today but I'm unsure if I got them before or after I got fuel at caltex this morning.
I filled up at caltex the day after i activated and when I called, they could see that I had spent at all 3 places.
I needed fuel and use caltex anyway so was no extra spend for me.
          Maybe try caltex again

        • if its not too out of your way, just buy something you need. I purchased milk which is the same price as at the supermarket and it took 2 minutes.

        • @8azinga:
So I tried the same Caltex yesterday and once I paid for milk I immediately received 3000 points.

      • I got my bonus points on the 16th, the same day I made the final purchase.

  • Kellyville Caltex Woolworths didn’t allow me to scan my card for milk and bread unless I purchased fuel???

    • +2

This. Exact same thing happened to me today. Later found out it was a StarMart outlet which is not eligible. Have a look here to see which outlets are participating. You still have 1 and half hour. Good luck!

  • Used 3 of these offers yesterday😀
The advantage of multiple Rewards cards for family.
So purchases (20L fuel & 4L milk, 3 beer, 3 fruit) were effectively free!
