You will get a physical sim. It's just that you get an option to switch to an esim if you like.

I pay $90 a month for 100/20 plan. I think from mid September, this would change to 500/50 without increasing the monthly charge.

I can do it, but you don't get a public static IP, so stuff like checking your security cams from outside home won't work on their ONE Plan.
