  Zhiyun Smooth Q 3-axis is probably dearest i've seen while on 'sale'…for that price you will be better off going to Teds Camera. they have it for $150 from memory, but you;d be able to nudge them down $10-20 rather than waiting 4-6 weeks for delivery.

  GB has been ripping us off all year…i wonder if they had put any thought into their 2018 strategy…

    Get the latest zhiyun smooth 4, if you can spare extra $. Or the osmo 2 cause it has a simpler user experience and app that works better.

    Its kinda sad that Teds can compete with GB. Teds usually has a ridiculous markup. I actually use Teds as a price reference as to what i shouldn't be paying for.

  Added $150 worth of items to my cart yesterday and went to checkout and couldn't believe none of the faster shipping options we're available anymore - it was either DHL for $60 or next best was Netherlands registered 28 days for $1.56

  Rep told me earlier in the year 'We have regulated the deals policy since early February. We will focus on the improvement on shipping time, product quality and customer service this year.So there will not so many price battles with our competitors this year. Thank you for your understanding and support.'

  That's hardly an improvement on shipping time!

    …they realised they could make more money out of us, but surely sales are down for them. Hopefully they realise this and revert in the 2nd half of the year

    Disappointing I used to love GB.

    Last 2 items I've purchased had the slowest shipping time I've ever had through GB and I've bought over 50 items.

  IMHO all the recent Gearbest "Deals" are not OZBargain Worthy… they used to provide decent deals in the past… not anymore.

  There are other Chinese Vendors out there who provides much better deal - so look around before you shop at Gearbest.

  GearBest have gone from my favourite to most loathed Chinese seller.

  Had an order cancelled, then refunded to my GearBest waller, instead of back to PayPal.

  Had another go missing in transit, and they had the balls to tell me there'd be no refund, but they would be generous enough to give me either a 50% refund, or a 50% discount on ordering the same items again. Ended up having to lodge a PayPal dispute.

  GB clearly don't give a shit, and will do whatever they can to hold onto customers cash if they're unable to deliver. Con artists.

    Yup, that's the way the business goes. Once it's up and running well, the management decides to screw up the customers to milk more money out of them. Well, $$ goes somewhere else these days.

  Gearbest have absolutely horrible customer service. I have had some of the worst experiences with them, and it looks like it is continuing with others as well.

  Also, not a deal, has been lower. Ask a local supplier.
