Divipay & St George Amplify Signature

I saw Divipay on the wiki for Credit Cards with no forex fees and I was wondering whether this would allow any credit card (for example St George Amplify Signature) to both earn rewards whilst not incurring forex fees & obtaining the best forex rate?

      I mean specifically something like Divi which I could still gain points on a St George Bank Amplify Signature & earn the 90,000 points for spending $4k in the first month.
