Just looking for you guys opinion on this. Thinking about buying my first PC, but only if it's a cracking deal.

NO, you would have to replace the CPU RAM and motherboard in the near future as the CPU would cause a bottleneck in some games.
Save up another $500 or so and then be ready for a ebay 20% off tech stores and have then get searching for parts, CPU, GPU RAM, SSD, Motherboard etc…
That dell the buy above posted with the GTX 1070 is very good value atm due to the rip off RAM and GPU prices.
Not that great of a price - GPU prices are coming down. You can get a GTX1070 from MSY for like $579 last time I checked, prices are only going to go down from here.

No PCs sold on Gumtree are worth even close to their displayed price. Take 25-40% off and that's the price you should buy. Pay 10% more and usually you can get the parts new.

No - That deal is pretty bad.
If cost is your primary concern, keep an eye out for these Dell deals. They happen fairly often.
Otherwise, you could build a new PC with 200% better specs for ~$300 more.
