  Kmart and Target used to sell something similar, was 'Moon in my room' for $15, it was the size of a clock and when the light is turned off the moon would glow.

      I thought it was pretty good for $15, nephews loved it, when I turned the light off, 2 seconds later the moon would come on and they would say woooooooo.

  I got one of these. I was pretty disappointed with the quality 3D printed. The stand is cheap pine but you can give it a coat of varnish. Anyway it's got an internal battery so work wireless for a few hours.
