  Good price and good looking item but did not buy after reading the review.
  Used few garment steamers myself, Most important imo - 1, water tank size (how often to refill) 2. consistency of steam, 3. how big and hot the head/sole plate (best has a plastic head with metal plate) which makes it a lot easier and faster to straighten the garment; some takes many passes. 4. heat insulation on the tubing.
