What did you guys pay with? It won't accept my Paypal or Visa (unable to validate). And if I try to use Amex, it comes up as a 'Mastercard' number!

    Wasn't watching my phone and it turned out Macquarie blocked my Visa as a suspicious transaction. St George Visa worked.
    
    No idea why Paypal or Amex wouldn't work. Though I did notice it kept defaulting my address from NSW to ACT (even after manually changing the state to NSW)…
