Thumbs up to AO. I bought a cooker which was on backorder last month. They reduced the price a few times during the wait after I found cheaper prices elsewhere. They even beat a verbal offer by GG. The cooker arrived broken and was promptly picked up and replaced.
With their free delivery, online chat and removal of old appliance (I didn't have the old cooker ready and they offered to take an old oven sitting out back for free), they are always a good choice when obtaining quotes.
