Rebel Sports $20 Anyone Received Their Card Yet?

  I think it took about a month for me (rebel sports and amart). You'll get yours soon.

  what's the go? I've read some people say ID is required to use the $20 credit ??

  Has anyone signed up for multiple cards and used multiple cards successfully? (not that I want to do a cheapskateasian scam or anything…)

      I was in Rebel Sport the other day and someone was trying to use the card. The woman at the register said that they're no longer accepting them (this was at Ringwood, VIC).

        Wouldnt it depend on when you signed up and the expiry date for the $20 sign up voucher? Might still be able to use the voucher, log into Rebel sports online and check your account.

  the $20 voucher does have an expiry date. You can see it when you log onto their site.
  I used it twice at a Sydney store.
  I bought an item and went to the counter. Before I could show the card, the lady at the counter straightaway asked for price of the item. I told her, I have got a 20 $voucher and members card. she looked at me, like I asked something biggg ;)
  she swiped the card and told me, bla bla discount on item for members.I have to Pay $32.
  Finally, I told her, madam I have 20 dollars in my card, I suppose. She again gave me a strange look, like its going from her pocket.
  But she adjusted the price and from 60 dollars, I paid 12 dollars and got the item :)
  She did not see my ID or anything. I thing too many people used it , so may be few stores might be asking the IDs.

  I spent my $20 after christmas. No questions asked and no id required. Mine was validated in October. The cards come with a letter saying they are valid for 3 months (may be from the opening of account). BTW I shopped at The Glen in VIC.

  I used mine without showing any ID. BVought a fiity for $20, so it didn't cost me anything. Didn't have any problems with the staff either, they seemed quite happy to give it away for free!
