Selling on eBay - Post to a "Cnc Big W"?

I just sold something on ebay, and the buyer's address is:

<Buyer's Name>
Cnc Big W Mildura
eCP:<8 letters> Fifteenth St
Mildura, VIC 3500
Australia

Do I just go to Australia Post and write exactly that on the box, then send it?
I assume CnC is a "Click And Collect". Not sure why they'd want this as I offered free express post.

It's an expensive item ($500+) so I don't want to stuff it up.

Yeah its just a click and collect order. Just fill in the details as if it was a home address.

CnC is a service promoted by EBay for the buyer to collect their purchase from a Big W store.

For what its worth, as an Ebay seller we refuse to accept CnC delivery address', (a) it adds another link in the delivery process and more importantly (b), Big W has a terrible habit of losing items and/or failing to notify the buyer the item has arrived.

For a $500+ item it is essential to get tracking of the shipment.

Yep, I'll do this next time. I didn't know I was allowing CnC, pretty annoying really.

I allow CnC but agree with Ocker - it takes ages to go through and you lose tracking as soon as Big W take receipt of the goods. But you get ranked lower for not offering it so what do you do….

It's annoying. Ebay is getting more expensive and making life difficult, but it's still better than the stupid messages and low ball offers on gumtree…

  • I stopped offering Click and Collect after receiving a number of professional scam attempts that would use C&C to mask their ID and address.

Lost a brand new Apple TV and $600 in apparel.

    • Yeah, I'm really looking forward to this being picked up and feedback received.
I didn't actually know I was offering CnC.

      • any update?

        • Yep, it turned out okay, got my positive feedback.

I actually lost the tracking number, and the buyer didn't leave feedback for over a week, so I was shitting myself that he'd paypal scam me lol.

I'm not doing CnC again though (how do you state that you don't accept CnC?) It seems pretty flakey to me, just putting CnC in the TO field when sending a parcel.

        • @idonotknowwhy: You can opt-in/out in your seller settings for C&C

        • @XioamiGuy: also each item you list you can turn it off
