Ozito 1250W 25L Stainless Wet and Dry Vacuum $65 (Was $79) @ Bunnings

150

Bunnings seems to be pre-price beating Aldi's upcoming Wet and Dry Vac ($69.99)

Both Models seem virtually identical, both have a power outlet on the vacuum for power tools which starts up the vacuum with the tool
Great for attaching to a tool's dust extraction port (saw/sander etc.) and only powers on when needed

Ozito 1250W 25L Stainless Wet and Dry Vacuum
I/N: 6290599

  • Wet and dry vacuuming
  • Power take off
  • 25L stainless steel tank
  • Space saving accessory mount
  • Blower function

Ah…I just bought the lower model for $65. I still have it sealed with receipt. Tempted to take it back for a refund (with some lame excuse) and get this one…

      Just tell them it sucks!

Just say your partner picked you up the wrong one, and go and grab this one :)

Unless you need the larger drum why bother. This taller one would be more prone to tipping over.

The smaller one doesn't have the power outlet or 'power take off' feature

  • I can always tell when something is on special. There is no stock in the 3 stores around me.

ive got this one at work, it's ok. Suction isnt as good as the ryobi, and the plastic fittings are not as good.

Kind of hard to explain, but you need to use that steel adapter to connect the extenstion pipe to the handle, or the handle to the crevice tool. Where with all my other shopvacs, everything just slides on end to end.

  • wrong thread :)

  • Seems Bunnings scan the ALDI catalogs every week

I had the entry level Ozito vac it was rubbish, the tubes bent and flexed a insane amount, took it back, full,,,lol, they refunded me, no issues

  • alternative to dyson ;)

  • Is this good for cleaning wet carpets?

  • The small $49 version of these is defective… where the hose connects to the drum it is weak and pulls out when you use it.
Spend the extra for the next size up.

  • are these good for the misses being wet and dry?

    • nah, my misses still sucks the same way even after I got the vacuum…

      • This vac sucks and blows

  • my company bought it last week..I prefer the one from kmart really

    • The kmart shop vac is only 1000w as opposed to 1250 on this one. Wondering if it's noticeable.

Good to see it comes with a crevice tool

Anyone that have used this before can share experience if this thing does it jobs well? Very tempted to buy one from Bunnings

  • Do I have to use the dust bags when do dry vacuum??

    • you can use just the blue sock, but it clogs up pretty quickly.
