Correct. For any transfers less than 350,000 Qantas Points you'll get 15% bonus points.
Thought Citibank only allows you to transfer points to Velocity, KrisFlyer and Skywards?
If you enrol in Citi Qantas Rewards ($49 annual fee), you can transfer to Qantas points.
That usually means all points get transferred automatically.

Doesn’t look like it’s tiered, so if anyone is just below the thresholds, try to hit them to benefit from the higher % bonus.

This offer only applies where you manually choose to transfer your bank rewards points to QF. There's very few cards that are like that, namely the Amex Platinum Charge / Centurion cards and the Citibusiness card from ages ago. Most other cards are direct sweep each month - those are not part of this offer.
Would be interesting if Amex is able to strike a deal with Qantas to hand out Gold or Platinum status if you transfer enough points like last month's Virgin deal. It was quite a de-valuation when CX stopped handing out MPC GO/DM membership like candies.
so the direct earn cards like the amex discovery and anz q ff arent part of this offer? what about wbc business cards?
Does anybody know if this includes credits of bonus points from Credit Card deals eg St George Amplify, or do i just get the 90k bonus points for that with no multiplier from this deal :)?
