Been looking for a U2415 and whilst not the cheapest ever, it's pretty good if you have the Amazon AU $20 voucher.

Amazon Voucher original deal: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/381343

Don't forget the 5% cashreward for Amazon (note that you need to submit a tax invoice due to issues with the tracking - refer to the CR website)

  • How do you get the amazon $20 off voucher?

      • I'm not exactly sure what link is saying.
It talks about 1st July for forwarding Australians back to Amazon.com.au from Amazon.com.
Is the $20 offered from the 1st July?

        • The $20 was a promo by Amazon for new accounts.

Do a search here and you'll find it.

        • @Scab:
          I've a long standing amazon.com account.

I opened an amazon.com.au account last week.

I've received no email about a $20 voucher.

        • @Rifraf:

The promo is over so you can't get it now:

        • @Scab:
Interesting given that Ruski's links final sentence says "The offer is valid until 11:59PM (AEST) on 31 December 2018"

          @Rifraf:

Different offer, that one is targeted and is due to Amazon US forwarding people to Amazon AU due to GST changes.

The one I linked was a promo to all new Amazon AU accounts.

        • @Scab:
          I give up.

Theres more than one offer but one is targeted and one is a promo that is over is what I'm hearing…..

Thats ok, I'm sure someone will turn up an offer soon that I can make use of.

I'm looking at a lens on Amazon and $20 off would have seen me making a purchase decision today but I'm happy to wait till another deal comes along

          Thanks for trying to explain

        • @Rifraf:

Just a heads up, the $20 for new accounts has been extended till the end of this month.

        • @Scab:
How do I find reference to it?
          Forget that.
I added Amazon20 to a nikon lens I was thinking about and it worked.
They were already heaps cheaper than anyone else in Aus. so I grabbed one.
          Thanks for the heads up.

  • Great monitors, still rocking my 10y old 2408.

And 16:10 is awesome, especially for older games.

    • I'm curious how these things go for gaming, I've got two at work but my PC isn't really specced up enough to try anything out. As general use monitors they're fantastic.

      • I find it great for gaming, played hundreds of games on it.

Don't play MP or competitively though, just single player.

    • I'm still rocking my 8yo 2412.

Considering Amazon is about to screw over Australia by only allowing us to buy their overpriced products, wouldnt it be better to buy from an ebay dell 20% off deal ?

    • question is, will they be running their own 20% off promotion ?

A better monitor from Dell direct P2418D for $344.25 delivered.

    http://www.dell.com/en-au/shop/dell-24-monitor-p2418d/apd/21…

    • Higher resolution with a 16:9 aspect ratio. Would suit some people better for sure.
