    • You beat me to that

I didn't mean to, I hope we can still be friends

This is the Chinese model which doesn't have NFC. Only the Huawei P20 Lite ANE_LX1 has NFC.

    • Strange… Bing Lee lists this as Yes on product page. I will update.

      • Jb hifi had it listed with nfc too, but they've changed it now.

According to the spec here: https://consumer.huawei.com/latin-en/phones/p20-lite/specs/

The secondary SIM only supports 2G, be aware.

  • So they just blindly keep copying what Apple does no matter how silly Apple's idea is?

    • if apples ideas are better than their own then yeah, they will copy …… being different isn’t always better as happens when someone orders a dish no want really wants at the chinese restaurant just to be different …instead they eat your beef with black bean or mongolian fillet steak while they dont touches the stir fry chicken butts they ordered to be different.

  • Wow this is fantastic price for a phone that just released in Oz. I got it at all phones ebay price jack over rrp with 20% off which came to about $359 :(
My only consolation is that I got a free avengers case, but I'm guessing that Bing Lee one comes with it too even though it's not advertised as part of a bundle. I am typing on one now and although would have liked to have got it at this price, very happy with the phone and yes there is no nfc but I bought it knowing that.

    • Does it have the dual sim tho?

      • It has a sim tray that has a cut out shape to insert a second sim card or micro sd card, however I don't use 2 sims so I can't say for certain a second sim card will work.

Huawei market this phone as having outstanding low light photography, but the quality of photos is really poor in such conditions. (expected at this price range, one of my main reason was the design and its very light and compact with a big screen.)

  • nfc might finally have a mass applicion …..seems the melbourne myki transport ticketing system is being linked to phones, select android models at first for trials ….haven’t found technical details but i assume its nfc for speed and hence select models ….if that is the case nfc might become important for commuters in melbourne if they are looking at new phone options.

nfc will more more of a must have feature.

  • Is it fast enough to replace with my LG G6, thanks.

Is this particular model having the dual sim? I assume yes.

    • forget about dual sim see my comment above

      • But isn’t this the Chinese model w/o NFC therefore has dual sim?

  • Warning. Single Sim. I am going to return to Binglee soon
