        Your website doesn't work very well though. When I go to Kids > School Shoes, it lists mens shoes and womens shoes, as well as caps and socks on the same page. Also, there is no way to sort by price. Also, Kids Shoes > Sneakers is an empty page. Why is it still up then? At least hide it if you dont have any products to show. Also $20 shipping: WTF - Are you kidding? This must be a joke sale, right? Also what doesn't make sense is that you're shutting shop AND have hired extra staff to help with the workload. That doesn't make financial sense. And the two comments below of orders being placed a week ago with no follow up doesn't really inspire any additional confidence. No wonder you guys are going under. No one is going to shop with you if you can't get the basics right.

        I have been waiting nine days & order hasn't been sent yet or given express post no, I have loved the products & service before this, bit scared of not receiving an order @ all as with queens holiday coming up is no way I will receive order within 14 days letalone

      Yes as posted in the info above - we have had a HUGE number of orders and so our usual same day delivery is currently impossible to fulfill. We have employed extra packing staff but are still looking at a 5- 6 day packing time so we are saying 14 day delivery from order placed to be safe. I realize this is not ideal but we are going as fast as we can!

        I can appreciate that, however, purchasers on Tuesday read 3 - 4 days on your delivery page is all.

        It is 14 days since my order was received. There has been no tracking information sent, etc. Emails to [email protected] are being bounced automatically with uninformative replies. I assume that theshoelink is trying to make as much money before they go under. I think PayPal is my next option.

    What is the point of running a footwear sales website that does not allow sitewide size searches?

    So hard to find sizes.

    Most buyers just give up.
