  Can someone share their experiences when purchasing ticket with Bestjet or AuntyBetty or others as appeared on Iwantthatflight.com.au? Anyone has ever encountered any problem eg booking not in the system or flight overbooked?

    Ok. Have you encounter any issue booking with Flight Centre? I have not booked through any of them before so need to know especially travelling senior people could be stressed if there is problem. Thanks.

      I have booked with both of them in the past and had no issues. Aunty Betty is actually owned by Flightcentre. Having said all that, the decision is upto you. As mentioned above you can get a price match from flightcentre.

      I’ve never tried either of the 2 online sites but have gotten Flight Centre to pricematch on my last Japan trip. It turned out to be good because there were 2 unexpected schedule changes (caused by airline) and the FC agent on both occasions contacted us to organise alternative flights.

      Not sure I would have gotten similar service from online sites but that’s just a random assumption :)
