Update: 2hrs later stock seems to be limited to Auburn, Yagoona and Berala (1-3 available) for Sydney, Central Coast and Newcastle.

Nil stock available in ACT, yet scary that the WW app would allow me to do a click and collect (min $30 order).

I think it takes a bit of time for the stock quantity to update. I ordered the last 2 at my local, but it still showed 2 left for another 10 minutes after ordering.

obviously it doesn't taste as good as full strength but it's alright, quench the urge to drink beer. Do NOT buy the alcohol free shiraz, it was disgusting, like they just added sugar to vinegar

An expiry date and a best before date aren't the same thing..
A best before date is a recommendation; it's still legal to sell afterwards.

The only thing that the date means is that up to that date the product is just as the manufacturer intended to it be, so the same as something fresh from the factory.
Something could actually improve in flavour after the best before date.

Beer has a shelf life of 6 to 9 months, up to 2 years in the fridge.
Bottle fermented beer will have a drink after date to ensure the beer has fully fermented.
Beer doesn't have an expiry date, only a best before date (there is a difference)
Most beer generally lasts a few months if kept well (cool, dark room), but Little Dove should be drunk sooner due to its high level of hops. Always tastes freshest from the keg if available, but still good from a bottle.

Gage Roads is overrated. There are many, many better beers… But as I said, it is cheap…
So grabbed one via Bws online (not fooling for the Woolies refund trap). Now downing. IPA has a bit of an after taste. Little dove isn't too bad.

You'd think it'd be equivalent items, not price. But in my case I selected that option and they just sent a refund anyway, no substitute.
It's equivalent items and there probably are not that many other gift boxes they can substitute so a refund seems appropriate

How many people actually managed to lay their hands on these? As in how many have these in their possession! The manager i spoke to in Woolworths (within 20 mins of posting) told me their inventory management is shite, so expect lots of refunds with no compensation for their incompetence.

Don't bother looking if you're in QLD. Anyone who has lived here should know that Woolworths don't sell alcohol in QLD.

BWS and Dan Murphy's will always be located on/near a hotel premise.
If they accept an order surely they should be required to make up the combination from stocks of the separate beers. I don't care how it is packaged. False and misleading advertising otherwise ?

I ordered 2 packs at BWS Gosnells at about 10am, 10.50am i got a text and email saying it was packed and ready to be picked up, I get there at 11.40am and the place is locked up (open hours 10am till 8pm) so i call up BWS customer support and not only do they not know why its closed but they also said they will not ship it to me free or give me any compensation for me coming down to a closed store… my only option is to come back another day (and hope there open) or cancel my order, I say that's some shit customer service right there!
Update, drive down this morning to the store and not only do I get a free 8 pack of beer but he also gives me 2 more bottles on top, so the store person was excellent just the customer services department is crap.
Got a call this morning asking to defer my click and collect till Friday, as that's when they'll have stock.
