    Ridiculous amounts of sugar. I haven't had cereal in years - any tips on some that are a good source of protein but low in sugar?

      There's a huge review and a table here that can be pasted into a spreadsheet and sorted by protein if ya got da skillz. I just stick to rolled oats and add some nuts or oats + chia seeds + cinnamon + erythritol. If you have patience, the best is probably steel cut oats.
